how did you become diabetic? makan banyak sangat makanan manis eh? ni yang aku takut ni, mula-mula aje dah asyik togok air coke with lots & lots of ice, just to get the loya feeling out of my throat. will i be diabetic like you? seram ah...
 

One reason is hereditary...mak aku ada diabetis. Its not only abt the sugary stuff. Aku pun kena makan makanan yg kurang karbohidrat. Another reason is because of the hormone that is affecting with the insulin maker.. so when that happens, the insulin cause the sugar & carbohidrate not properly digested. Maybe you could chg to diet coke.. yg tu aku boleh minum. Coke tak boleh.
